四跨膜蛋白分子CD151在胃癌组织中表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of tetraspanin CD151 and its relation to clinicopathoIogicaI characteristics in gastric cancer

目的:探讨四跨膜蛋白CD151在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测70例胃癌组织标本中CD151的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系,结合患者的术后随访资料,对患者的预后进行判定。结果:CD151在胃癌组织中的表达比正常胃组织中表达高,其表达程度与肿瘤数目、组织分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关;肿瘤越大、分化程度低、TNM分期高及有淋巴结转移者CD151表达越高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中的CD151表达与胃癌的临床病理分期及组织学分型有关,参与胃癌侵袭和转移并且对患者的预后判定有一定的参考价值。

Objective：To examine the expression of tetraspanin CD151 and its relation to clinicopathological char acteristics in gastric cancer. Methods： Expression of CD151 was analyzed in 70 cases of primary tumors of gastric cancer and the correlation with clinicopathological characteristics by immunohistochemistry. Results： The high CD151 expression was significantly correlated with the poor differentiation,high TNM staging,large size and lymphatic metastasis（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The overexpression of CD151 was correlated with malignant phenotype of gastric cancer and probably implicated in invasion and metastasis.
