摘要
用胸阻抗法测定了8名男性青年不同强度劳动时的心脏功能。结果表明,心率、心输出量均随劳动强度的递增而增加,呈明显的线性正相关;每搏量在低强度时增加明显,但随着劳动强度的进一步增加则趋于平衡;心脏左室射血时间随劳动强度增加而缩短,与心率呈明显的曲线负相关。
Heart functions of 8 young male subjects were determined when working under different labor intensities.Results suggested that HR and Q increased with the progressive increase of labor intensities showing significant positive linear relationship.SV increased significantly at low intensities,but showed a plateau form when labor intensities increased progressively.There was a negative curvilinear relationship between the LVET of heart and labor intensities.The LEVT of heart was reduced with the increase of labor intensities.
