蟾毒灵抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 蟾毒灵是蟾酥的主要活性成分之一。现代药理研究表明蟾毒灵具有高效、多靶点的抗肿瘤作用,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞分化、抑制肿瘤血管生成、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬、调节机体免疫功能等。本文就近年来国内外有关蟾毒灵的抗肿瘤作用及其相关机制进行综述。
