摘要 Angiomotin(Amot)是一种血管生成抑制素结合蛋白,在血管生成过程中参与血管内皮细胞迁移和管状结构形成,对上皮细胞紧密连接的渗透性和运动性起调节作用,并可能参与某些信号传导通路而对肿瘤细胞增殖产生调控。本文就其研究进展作一综述。 Angiomotin (Amot) is a kind of angiostatin binding protein. It involves in regulating blood vessel endo- thelial cell migration and tube formation in the process of angiogenesis. It also involves in regulating permeability and movement of epithelial cell in tight junction. Moreover, Amot potentially involves in certain signal pathway and modu- lates tumor cell proliferation. This review reports the research progress of angiomotin.
