摘要
人类白细胞介素10(human interleukin-10,IL-10)是人类一种重要的免疫调节细胞因子,其基因启动子区域存在基因多态性,这种多态性与癌症密切相关。本文就近年来与多种癌症相关的IL-10基因多态性的研究进展综述如下。
Human interleukin -10 （IL- 10） is an important immune regulator of human. The gene polymorphisms exist in promoter region, which are closely related with cancer. The review summarized the studies of a variety of cancers - related IL - 10 gene polymorphisms in recent years.
