摘要
目的:以麻黄汤为例,采用路径分析模型对组方原理进行分析,检验模型图与麻黄汤经典组方理论的吻合度,探索路径分析模型应用于中药复方研究的合理性。方法:采用正交设计进行方中药味的剂量组合,以发汗和止咳二指标反映方剂整体疗效。将组方药量和药效数据进行路径分析,描绘出多个药味与二药效指标间的总体路径图,用图中各药味的正向系数表示其方剂地位,以药味间网络系数表征七情合和。结果:利用路径图解析方法,可以得出复方中各药味对整体药效作用的方向量化指标,并标出药味的组方地位,反映药味间的七情和合。结论:从麻黄汤发汗和止咳两主要药效角度,各路径系数可反映药味在复方中的组方地位,这和"麻黄为君、臣以桂枝、佐以杏仁和使以甘草"的组方原则相吻合。路径分析方法对中药复方各药味组方地位而言具有一定的可行性。
Objective: Mahuang Decoction was taken as the mode prescription;path analysis model was used as the mathematical tool to analyze the principle of drugs composition in this Chinese herbal compound.The relationships between path diagram and the composition theory of the compound were tested,so as to determine a reasonable application in researching in Chinese herbal compound with path analysis model.Methods: The experiment design was under the use of orthogonal design.Sweating and relieving asthma effects were selected as the pharmacological parameters to reflect the whole compound's pharmacological effect.The amount of each herb and the parameters were combined through path analysis model,and then the path diagram was illustrated.The coefficient in the diagram can be used to determine the relationship between each drug.Results: In the compound,the contribution of each drug to the whole efficacy of the compound was revealed and then compared with the tradition understanding of the compound.Conclusions: The relationships between each drug in the compound under the theory of path analysis model are consistent with the traditional theory,which showed the effect of ephedra acted significantly,followed by cassia twigs,then almonds and licorice,besides licorice also reconcile other three drugs and let the whole compound much more targeted.For research in the principle of Chinese herb compound,path analysis model show much prospective.
