紫菀通便利尿作用研究

Study on the defecated and diuretic function of Ziwan(紫苑)

目的 :研究紫菀通便利尿作用,观察其对小鼠脑、肠组织中神经递质的影响,试以解释其机理。方法:灌药1天后采用滤纸称重法测定正常对照组、紫菀高、中、低剂量组小鼠的排尿量,给药两天后经复方地芬诺酯造模杀检,测算各组碳末推进率及大肠组织中的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的活力、肠组织的去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量、脑组织的5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量。结果 :3g/kg紫菀能提高碳末推进率,增加小鼠的排尿量;1.5g/kg紫菀能减少NE含量,增强乙酰胆碱酯酶活力;3g/kg、2.25g/kg紫菀可提高小鼠脑组织中5-HT含量。结论:紫菀能调节神经递质含量,具有一定的通利作用。

Objective： To prove Ziwan defecated and diuretic function for mouse by investigate the effect of Ziwan which have different dosage on the nervers systerm in the intestine and brain issue.Method ：After one days,the mices in the blank groups and the low,middle and high three dose groups were detect Urinary outputs by the method of weighing Filter paper.After two days,the mices were made of model and killed.We would detect noradrenaline of intestines,the 5-HT in brain and the energy of cholinesterase and AChE in intestines.According to the statistics we may research the defecated function and mechanism of Ziwan.Result：3g/kg of Ziwan can heighten the advanced rate and the Urinary outputs.1.5g/kg of Ziwan can reduce the noradrenaline but strengthen the energy of cholinesterase and AChE in intestines.3g/kg and 2.25g/kg of Ziwan increace the 5-HT contents in brain.Conclusion：Zi Wan can adjust the quantity contained in eurotransmitter.So Ziwan has the defecated and diuretic function.
