职业接触苯并[a]芘对焦炉工人胆碱能系统及淋巴细胞凋亡率的影响

摘要
苯并[a]芘具有明确的致癌性,近年来研究表明其具有神经毒性。Mendola等[1]研究发现环境污染物(包括苯并[a]芘)引起神经发育、认知和行为功能下降。焦化生产过程产生大量逸散物和煤焦油,其主要成分是多环芳烃类混合物(PAHs),PAHs与焦炉工肺癌之间存在因果关系,在PAHs职业暴露等级评定中以苯并[a]芘当量浓度来精确描述PAHs的接触特性。因此,检测作业环境中苯并[a]芘浓度可以代表焦炉作业环境中多环芳烃类混合物的外暴露程度。
