摘要 风电场进行地质灾害危险性评估时,采用不同的工程建设标准(风电场工程等级划分及设计安全标准与采用国家部委有关电力工程建设项目规模标准),对工程建设项目的重要性判定存在差异性,导致地质灾害危险性评估级别不同,不同地质灾害危险性评估级别在取费标准、成果报告、成果评审、备案部门、资质要求、耗时等方面存在差异。综合国家部委有关电力工程建设项目规模标准及高耸建筑物建设项目规模标准、风电场工程等级划分及设计安全标准,探讨了不同风电场总装机容量、不同电压等级变电站(升压站)的建设项目地质灾害危险性评估级别的确定。 According to the geological hazard assessment technical requirements,it is differences importance of construction of the project to use different standard(windpower project hierarchies and design safety standards and the relevant ministries and state),caused geohazard danger evaluation of According to the geological hazard assessment technical requirements,it is differences importance of construction of the project to use different standard(windpower project hierarchies and design safety standards and the relevant ministries and state),caused geohazard danger evaluation of different levels,different geological hazard assessment level in fees standard,results report,achievements assessment,the record departments,the requirement for qualification,time difference,etc.After synthesized national relevant ministries and power engineering project scale standards and high—rise buildings construction project scale standards,wind energy engineering hierarchies and design safety standards,this paper discusses how to determined geohazard danger evaluation of construction project of the level According to the total installed capacity of different wind farms,different voltage grade substation(boost stand).
