摘要
风电场进行地质灾害危险性评估时,采用不同的工程建设标准(风电场工程等级划分及设计安全标准与采用国家部委有关电力工程建设项目规模标准),对工程建设项目的重要性判定存在差异性,导致地质灾害危险性评估级别不同,不同地质灾害危险性评估级别在取费标准、成果报告、成果评审、备案部门、资质要求、耗时等方面存在差异。综合国家部委有关电力工程建设项目规模标准及高耸建筑物建设项目规模标准、风电场工程等级划分及设计安全标准,探讨了不同风电场总装机容量、不同电压等级变电站(升压站)的建设项目地质灾害危险性评估级别的确定。
