摘要 本文结合呼和浩特金山电厂工程施工图设计,详细介绍了采用PDMS三维设计软件进行热控电缆桥架、热控就地盘柜、电缆竖井等布置设计;建立了热控桥架、设备等标准、非标准元件库;优化电缆桥架的设计方法。与同类型机组对比,达到了减少热控电缆桥架工程量的目的,对电缆桥架精确设计有积极的意义。 This article depends on the detailed design of Huhhot Jinshan power plant.We design the path of cable tray and the position of instrument,control panel and cable shaft,establish the library of standard and nonstandard cable tray and instrument with PDMS software,and optimize for the design method of cable tray.By comparing with cable tray weight of the similar unit,the aim of reducing cable tray weight is obtained.This study has positive meaning to accurate design of cable tray.
