摘要
青藏直流工程所经区域平均海拔4500m,最高海拔达5300m,还要穿越长约500km多年冻土区,是世界上在这种海拔高度上运行线路最长、施工难度最大的输电线路工程。作为国家重点工程,国家电网公司以打造精品工程为目标,积极推动三维数字化移交应用。通过该项应用研究,提供了一个统一规范的三维数字化平台,节省了软件开发及海量数据建设费用。该项应用研究是基建标准化的集中体现,是智能电网统一标准、统一建设的具体应用,是提高跨区电网建设精益化管理水平的集中体现。
The average altitude of the Area passed by Qinghai-Tibet DC Project?is 4500 m,and the maximum altitude is about 5300 m,the project also pass through permafrost regions of about 500 km,it is the world's?longest,?the most difficulty construction transmission?line project running in such high altitude.As a national key project,State Grid Corporation actively promoted the Application of 3D digital handover to create fine works.Through the Applied Research,it provides a accordant standardized 3D digital platform,saving huge amounts investment in software development and data construction.The Applied Research is the concentrated expression of infrastructure standardization,it is the specific application of the Smart Grid unified standards and unified construction,it is the concentrated expression of raising lean management level of large interconnected power construction.
