Effect of Fouling on Large Pump Motor Operation and Removal of Prevention Measures

大型水泵电动机污垢的积聚增厚,造成电动机散热质量差,削弱电动机定子、转子磁通量产生,增加绕组漏磁通,降低电机的功率因数,影响电机正常运行。主要论述污垢对电机运行的影响,清除污垢处理及防治措施的分析。

Large pump motor dirt accumulation thickening,resulting in poor quality of the motor heat radiation,weaken the motor stator,rotor magnetic flux is generated,increase winding leakage flux,reduce the motor power factor,influence the normal work of the motor,this paper mainly discusses the effect of fouling on the motor running,dirt removal treatment and prevention measures.
