数据包络分析(DEA)法测算分析中国省域食品制造业的经营效率

Calculation and Analysis of the China's Provincial Food Manufacturing Operating Efficiency Based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)

基于2002—2007年统计数据,运用数据包络分析方法 (DEA)综合地评价中国省域食品制造业经营技术效率,并进行区域比较分析。平均技术效率值呈现波动趋势,表明我国食品制造业的经营水平还不是很稳定;技术效率的变化趋势与纯技术效率的变动趋势一致,表明我国食品制造业的技术效率很大程度上受到了食品制造业纯技术效率的影响。规模效率中,东部地区食品制造业大体呈现规模报酬不变和规模报酬递降趋势;对于中部和西部,由于其食品制造业尚处于起步阶段,因此它们大部分的生产经营处于规模报酬递增阶段,扩大经营规模,将可以实现规模经济带给他们的效用;东北地区的食品制造业则大多处于规模报酬不变的状态,表明东北地区应该在稳定当前食品制造业经营规模的基础上,适度地扩大。

Based on six years of the statistical data from 2002 to 2007, and using the data envelopment analysis （DEA） comprehensively evaluates the technical efficiency of China＇s provincial food manufacturing management and has a regional comparison analysis. The results are as follows the fluctuating trend of the average technical efficiency value shows that our food manufacturing management level is not very stable ; the accordance of the changing trend of technology efficiency with lhe pure technical efficiency show that our food manufacturing technology efficiency is largely influenced by food manufacturing pure technical efficiency effects; in the efficient scale, the food manufacturing generally present stable or diminishing returns to scale in the eastern region. According to the trend of Central and West, due to its food manufacturing is still in its infancy, their production and business operation are in the stage of increasing returns to scale. Expanding the scope of operation, will be able to achieve the utility that the economies of scale bring to them, the northeast region＇s food manufacturing is mostly in the stable returns to scale. It shows that the current food manufacturing should moderately enlarge the operation scale on the basis of the stable situation.
