摘要
建设低碳建筑是我国建筑业实现节能减排的有效途径,但目前在低碳建筑建设管理过程中存在诸多问题,如低碳建设目标不明确,低碳投入风险过大,缺乏对低碳建设效果的定量评价等。本文分析了当前低碳建设管理过程中存在的问题;在此基础上探讨了低碳建设管理的内涵,构建了全寿命周期低碳建设管理模式;最后,以武汉国际博览中心项目为案例,从目标管理、组织保障、技术保障、碳排放监测、低碳文化5个子系统进行了低碳建设管理模式的应用研究,可提高该项目的低碳建设管理效率,促进其低碳建设目标的实现。
The construction of low carbon buildings is an effective way to reach the energy saving and GHG emission reduction of building industry,but there are many problems in the low-carbon building construction management process,such as not clear low-carbon construction goals,risky low-carbon investment,the lack of quantitative evaluation of the effect of low-carbon construction,etc.The problems in the current low-carbon construction management process are analyzed.Then,the low-carbon construction management mode is established,and the content of this mode is proposed.Finally,the Wuhan International Expo Center project as one practical application case is given,the low-carbon construction management mode is established from 5 subsystems: target management,organization guarantee,technology guarantee,monitoring of carbon emission,low carbon culture,which could improve the low carbon management efficiency of this project.
