The Way to Make A Harmonious Relationship Between Higher Education Internationalization and Localization

从高等教育国际化与本土化的内涵出发,分析高等教育国际化趋势,认为高等教育国际化与本土化存在既矛盾又统一的关系,实现高等教育国际化与本土化的和谐发展才是提高发展中国家高等教育国际化水平的关键。

Higher Education Internationalization and Localization is not a pair of irreconcilable contra-dictory. This article start from their connotation, then realized that they have contradictory and unified relations, after make an analysis of the future of higher education internationalization. It also tell us that to make a harmonious relationship between the two is the key to improve the higher education interna-tionalization level of developing countries.
