制造企业精益管理实施中“人”的因素因子分析 被引量:5

摘要 以人为本是企业实现精益改善的关键。针对制造企业应该如何从"人"的因素层面进行改善来有效实施精益管理的问题,本文在马斯洛需求层次理论的基础上,对于"人"的因素提出安全、地位、参与改善、团队合作、培训教育和职业发展6个因子来建立结构模型。通过探索性和验证性因子分析验证模型的合理性。结果表明,6个因子的相关度都很高,其中参与改善和团队合作的相关度最高。因此,制造企业可以从鼓励员工参与改善、加强员工之间团队合作沟通等方面着手来提高精益管理效果。 People-oriented is the key for enterprises to improve. Based on the Hierarchy of Needs Theory, this article pro- poses six factors including security, status, participation improvement, teamwork, educational training and career develop- ment, to get the structure model in order to resolve the question of implementing lean management effectively from the view of "human" factor in manufacturing enterprise. The rationality of model is confirmed by confirmatory factors analysis and exploratory factors analysis. The result indicates that all the six factors have a high degree of correlation, and participation improvement and teamwork proved to be most important. Manufacturing enterprise can be improved by encouraging employ- ees to participate in the improvement, enhancing communication and teamwork between employees and so on.
