泰尔指数在社区卫生资源配置均等情况研究中的应用

Study on the Equity of Community Health Resources Using Theil Index

目的分析我国社区卫生资源均等化水平。方法利用泰尔指数对我国社区卫生资源均等化水平进行分解分析。结果我国社区卫生资源配置趋向公平,均等化水平逐年提高,社区卫生的软件资源公平性要优于硬件资源。结论着重提高社区卫生资源内部的公平程度。西部地区的社区卫生硬件与软件建设需双管齐下。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the equity of the community health resources. METHODS We analyzed the equity ot the commumty health resources by using Theil index. RESULT The community health resources were equitable gradually, and the equity of the community health resources is improving year by year. The equity of software resource is superior to the hardware resources. CONCLUSION We need to focus on improving the internal equity of community health resources, and the community health resources of hardware and software need to be constructed by both lines in west.
