摘要
目的了解新型农村合作医疗制度对农村居民高血压与糖尿病患者疾病负担的影响。方法通过对山东省滕州市农村居民家庭抽样调查,了解其慢性病患病情况,并计算高血压、糖尿病患者的直接经济负担。结果高血压患者的年例均直接经济负担为785.55元,糖尿病患者年例均直接经济负担为1918.50元。结论慢性病患者家庭经济负担依然较重,加强慢性病患者早期保健,筛选适宜控制方案,提高防治工作效率是缓解慢性病家庭经济负担的主要措施。
OBJECTIVES To investigate the influence of the NCMS to disease burden of hypertension and diabetes among rural residents. METHODS Questionnaire was conducted in Tengzhou, Shangdong, in order to estimate the prevalence of local chronic diseases and assess the direct economic costs from hypertension and diabetes. RESULTS The annual direct economy loss due to hypertension was 785.55 yuan and 1 918.5 yuan resulted from diabetes. CONCLUSION The economic burden of chronic disease patients is still relatively high. Therefore, the primary measurements for reducing the economic burden of chronic disease household should include promoting early screening of chronic disease, selecting appropriate disease control strategy and increasing the efficiency of prevention project.
