摘要 目的了解社区卫生服务中心的职工流动性和工作满意度的现状,以便更有效地提高社区卫生的管理水平。方法采用自填式的工作满意度问卷调查,对数据进行统计描述和Logistic回归分析。结果社区卫生服务中心职工工作满意度属于"一般"水平,婚姻、年龄、学历、工作年限、目前职位和人事关系因素对部分的工作满意度维度有影响;工作满意度与离职意愿呈负相关。结论需重视社区卫生服务中心职工工作满意度测量,针对重点人群对于工作满意度较低的维度进行干预,从而进一步提高职工满意度。 OBJECTIVE To find out the current status of job mobility and job satisfaction of community health service center staff for improvement of community health service management. METHODS Staff at a community health service center in were asked to fill in a survey questionnaire about job satisfaction, statistical description, correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were used in the process of data analysis. RESULTS The community health service center staff were moderately satisfied with their jobs, the marriage, age, years of working, position and organizational affiliation affected on part of the job satisfaction dimensions; Job satisfaction and turnover will was negatively correlated. CONCLUSION Should be paying attention to the community health service center staff job satisfaction measurement, intervention should be implemented for improvement among key group, to further improve the job satisfaction.
