混合盐碱胁迫对3种无芒雀麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了探讨无芒雀麦种子和幼苗的耐盐碱能力,在无芒雀麦种子萌发过程中,用浓度为0、20、40、60、80、100、120mmol.L-1的NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合液进行胁迫,研究了胁迫对3个无芒雀麦品种的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的混合胁迫处理促进无芒雀麦mancher的萌发和幼苗生长,其它2个品种均表现为抑制作用。当混合盐碱胁迫浓度小于60mmol.L-1时3个无芒雀麦品种的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗生长差异不明显(P>0.05);当浓度高于60mmol.L-1后各个指标都急剧下降,且与对照差异极显著(P<0.01)。混合盐碱浓度大于20mmol.L-1时抑制无芒雀麦幼苗的生长,对根的抑制作用强于对苗的抑制作用。 In order to discuss the saline-alkaloid-resistant ability of smooth brome,different concentration of saline-alkaloid liquor(0,20,40,60,80,100,120 mmol·L-1)mixed with NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 were used in smooth brome seed germination process.The effects of different concentration saline-alkaloid stress on the seed germination and seedling growth of three smooth brome varieties were studied.The results showed that low concentration of saline-alkaloid stress improved seed germination ability of mancher,and the other two varieties performing for the inhibition.When the saline-alkaloid concentration was under 60 mmol·L-1,the germination rate,germination index,vigor index and seedling growth were not significant(P〉0.05);While the saline-alkaloid concentration was exceed 60 mmol·L-1,all indexes fell sharply,and very significant difference compared to that of the control(P〈0.01).When the saline-alkaloid concentration was more than 20 mmol·L-1,the growth of seedling of three smooth brome varieties were inhibited,inhibition of root was higher than seedling inhibitory.
