In the new era of various cases of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences have been into the rapid development,it proposed new requirements for archival work.In order to adapt to the developing requirements,archival work should make use of modern management tools to improve the archival work management level from perfecting science and technology archives,capital construction archives,projects files,membership unit archives and archives informationization and so on.
