摘要 对斗轮堆取料机回转平台主梁在多种工况下进行了强度与刚度分析,发现其强度与刚度有较大的富裕,在此基础上对其进行了优化,减轻了质量。为了保证优化后回转平台的安全可靠性,对其进行了模态分析,分析结果表明,优化后的回转平台不会发生共振现象。 The strength and stiffness analysis is performed for revolving platform beam of bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer under multiple working conditions in the paper. It is found that both strength and stiffness are adequate, and revolving platform beam is optimized to reduce the mass. The modal analysis is performed to ensure its safety and reliability after optimization, which shows that no resonance with the optimized revolving platform occurs.
