摘要
通过对起重机械监督检验合格情况的统计分析,找出影响起重机械质量与安全的主要因素,提出相应的建议,为使用单位正确选用起重设备类型、检验机构提高检验效率及政府管理部门提高监管效率提供依据。
By statistical analysis of qualified results from hoisting machinery supervision and inspection, the main factors affecting hoisting machinery quality and safety are found out in the paper. In addition, corresponding suggestions are proposed to provide basis for any unit to select hoisting equipment type, for inspection organizations to improve inspection efficiency, and for government authorities to enhance supervision efficiency.
