Failure mode analysis and countermeasures for gear box components of offshore pedestal crane

以国内海上平台起重机齿轮箱维修改造为研究对象,从齿轮箱的工作原理各主要零部件的失效机理入手,分析国内外齿轮箱维修研究现状和维修中主要存在的问题,采用机械加工工艺、互换性测量技术等理论方法对起重机齿轮箱主要零部件失效形式进行阐述,以掌握齿轮箱维修技术核心为目标,最终确立齿轮箱维修技术方案及标准,为齿轮箱维修改造提供科学依据和实现途径,在此基础上为齿轮箱进行升级优化、改造提供可靠性保证。

Taking the gear box maintenance and transformation in the offshore pedestal crane as the research object, and starting from the gear box＇s working principle and the failure mechanism of main components, this paper analyzes the current situation of gear box maintenance and main existing problems at home and abroad, and then expounds the failure types of components in crane gear box with the machining process technology, interchangeability measuring technique and other theoretical approaches. To master maintenance technology for gear boxes, the maintenance technical proposals and standards are finally established to provide scientific basis and realization approach for repair and transformation of gear boxes, as well as reliable guarantees for upgrading, optimization and transformation for gear boxes.
