摘要
针对斗轮堆取料机带式输送机驱动装置引起前臂架强烈振动的问题,详细分析了振动原因,提出了现场解决方案,并对以后前臂架主梁和带式输送机驱动装置的设计提出了新的结构形式和要求,为斗轮堆取料机的前臂架及带式输送机驱动装置的设计提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that the actuating device of belt conveyor in bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer causes strong boom vibration, the paper analyzes the vibration causes in detail, proposes the field solutions and puts forward new structure type and requirement for the boom and actuating device of belt conveyor. It provides useful reference for the future design of the mentioned components.
