摘要
地票交易价格由起拍价格和成交价格两部分组成,起拍价格和成交价格之间存在紧密联系。本文结合成都地票交易的实际情况,分析了地票起拍价格和成交价格特征,进一步考察了地票成交价格的影响因素。
