低级星形细胞瘤的MRI与病理对照研究(附55例分析)

Correlative Study of MRI Findings and Pathology in Low-grade Astrocytoma of the Brain

目的 探讨低级星形细胞瘤的MRI表现特点 ,研究MRI对该类肿瘤的诊断要点和价值。材料与方法 搜集经MRI诊断及手术病理证实的低级星形细胞瘤 5 5例 ,其中应用Gd DTPA增强 5 1例 ,取 35例行MRI与手术病理对照研究。结果 发现低级星形细胞瘤边界多较清楚 ,信号较均匀 ,水肿及占位效应较轻 ,囊变、出血少见 ,分别为 36 %、1% ,增强后多不强化 ,占 5 1%。结论 低级星形细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定规律性 。

Objective To study specific MRI features of lowgrade astrocytoma and its main diagnostic points on MRI.Materials and Methods MRI was performed in 55 cases with pathologicallyproved astrocytoma. GdDTPA enhancement was carried out in 51 cases. A comparison between MRI and pathological findings in 35 cases was made.Results The lowgrade astrocytoma was well defined with little masseffect and mild edema. The signal intensity was homogenous. Cystic degeneration and hemorrhage were seen in 36% and 1%, respectively. No enhancement after contrast was found in 51%.Conclusion Lowgrade astrocytoma has certain definite features on MRI, its signal intensity is closely related to the pathologic changes.
