摘要
通过选用乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和聚乙烯(PE)树脂对四种型号的聚丙烯(PP)进行增韧,研究不同体系在变温环境中的黏弹性特点,辅以动态热机械分析(DMA)手段,分析不同体系的增韧特点。结果表明,不同型号的PP在不同的增韧剂改性时表现出不同的规律;通过黏弹性曲线可看出随着POE或PE含量的增大,内耗峰峰值逐渐增大,尤其是POE改性PP增加的幅度更为明显,充分表明了POE的增韧效果比较好。研究为改性聚丙烯材料的开发和应用提供了一定的理论依据和参考价值。
Four types of PP were toughening by using POE or PE,viscoelasticity of the different system in variable temperature environment was studied.The toughness of different system was anylized by DMA.The viscoelasticity results showed that different models of PP modified by different flexibilizers showed different disciplines.Viscoelasticity curves showed with the content of POE or PE,the internal friction peak was gradually increasing,especially when the PP was modified by POE,the increasing rate of was more obvious which indicated the toughening effect of POE was the best.Research provided some theoretical basis and reference value for the development and application of the modified polypropylene material.
