磷石膏晶须表面改性及其在PP中初步应用 被引量:20

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH570对磷石膏晶须进行超声波表面改性。考察了改性时间、改性温度、改性剂用量等条件对磷石膏晶须的表面改性影响。并分析了KH570对磷石膏晶须改性作用机理。结果表明:当KH570的用量为磷石膏晶须质量的5%,改性时间为80 min,改性温度在50℃时,获得最佳的改性效果。由红外光谱分析可知磷石膏晶须表面羟基与KH570发生了化学键的作用。改性的磷石膏晶须/PP复合材料的相容性较好,复合材料力学性能较纯PP材料有所提高。 The silane coupling agent KH570 was used for the surface modification of phosphogypsum whisker by the method of ultrasonic.Influences of the factors such as modification time,modification temperature,and dosage of surfactant on the surface modification of phosphogypsum whisker were studied.The mechanism of the modification of phosphogypsum whisker used by silane coupling agent KH570 was analyzed.The results showed that the optimum conditions of preparation were as follows:the dosage of silane coupling agent KH570 was 5% of the mass of phosphogypsum whisker,modification time was 80 min,modification temperature was 50 ℃.The infrared absorption spectroscopy showed that the effect of chemical bonds happened between the —OH on the surface of phosphogypsum whisker and silane coupling agent KH570.The phosphogypsum whisker compatibility with PP was better,and the mechanical properties of phosphogypsum whisker/PP composite materials increased than that of pure PP.
