摘要
目的 观察藿蛇地黄汤柱枝汤治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症临床疗效。方法 治疗组 55例内服自拟藿蛇地黄桂枝汤 ,与用西药 (脑益嗪 2 5mg,每日 3次 ,甲氰咪胍 0 .4g,每日 4次 ,口服 )治疗 2 8例作对照 ,2组均治疗 1 0日。结果 治疗组总有效率为 90 .91 % ,对照组为 64.2 9% ,2组比较 ,χ2=8.88,P <0 .0 1 ;治疗组愈显率 80 .0 0 % ,对照组为 2 1 .41 % ,2组比较 ,χ2 =1 9.61 ,P <0 .0 0 1。中药治疗组疗效均优于西药对照组。结论 藿蛇地黄桂枝汤治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效确切 ,并具有一定的抗衰老及强壮作用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Huoshe Dihuang Guizhi decoction on senile skin pruritus. Methods Eightythree old patients with senile skin pruritus were divided into two group in treatment group (n=55) Huoshe Dihuang Guizhi decoction was orally taken ,and in control group cinnarizine 25 mg was orally taken three times per day and cimitidine 0.4g four times per day ,with the therapetic course of 10 days in both groups. Results The total efficiency rate(99.91%) was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group( 64.29%) (P<0.01).Conclusions Huoshe Dihuang Guizhi decoction has definite therapeutic effect on senile skin pruritus.
