甘肃礼县盐官镇井盐制盐工艺的科技初探

A Preliminary Study on Technology of Well Salt Production Technique in Yanguan Town, Lixian County, Gansu Province

井盐生产工艺有着悠久的历史,但至今未见运用现代科技手段,对从汲取卤水后到最终成盐这一制盐过程进行研究的报道。位于今甘肃礼县的盐官镇尚保留有古代井盐生产的传统工艺,本文以井盐生产遗址所取样品为研究对象,分析制盐时食盐浓度及其元素的变化,并在实验室进行模拟实验。研究结果表明,中国古代先民具有先进的井盐生产经验和科学意识,井盐生产过程中包含丰富的科技内涵。

The history of well salt production is very long. But so far few researches have been done on the traditional process of producing salt from brine with modem scientific and technological methods. The traditional technique of well salt production is preserved well in Yanguan Town, Lixian County, Gansu Province. In this study the salt concentration was simulated in laboratory with samples from Yanguan Town and change of elements in the process was tested. The results showed that ancient people in Yanguan Town had advanced technique and scientific consciousness in well salt production and the process contained rich technological connotation.
