扳法、电针法、中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例

50 cases of using ban-manipulation,electmacupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress to treat lumbar disc herniation

目的观察扳法、电针法、中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例临床疗效。方法采用斜扳法、电针华佗夹脊穴法、中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例,1次/d,10次为一疗程,2个疗程统计疗效。结果痊愈15例,显效24例,有效8例,无效3例。总有效率为94%,痊愈+显效率为78%。结论采用扳法、电针法、中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症在改善症状,提高有效率方面具有明显优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of using ban-manipulation, electmacupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress to treat 50 cases with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Inclined ban-manipulation, electroacupuncture on Huatuo Jiaji acupoint and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress were used to treat 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation.The treatment was conducted once a day,with 10 times as a course.The effect was recorded after 2 courses.Results 15 patients were cured, 24 patients had excellent effects, and it was effective in 8 patients and ineffective in 3 patients.The total efficiency was 94% and the cured and markedly effective rate was 78%.Conclusion The methods of ban-manipulation, electmacupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can relieve the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation and share a significant advantage in improving the total efficiency.
