留置导管穿刺硬化与传统穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿临床疗效对比观察

Comparative observation on the clinical effects of using indwelling catheter puncturing sclerosis and traditional puncturing sclerosis to treat renal cyst

目的比较留置导管穿刺硬化与传统穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的治疗效果。方法选择我院自2004年住院的94例病人,其中27例采用传统穿刺硬化治疗,其余67例采用留置导管穿刺硬化治疗。结果 27例采用传统穿刺硬化治疗的患者6个月后有6人出现复发;67例采用留置导管穿刺硬化治疗的患者6个月后有3人出现复发,两组差异明显。结论留置导管穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿,可以有效地抽出残留囊液,使囊壁闭合充分,从而降低复发率,具有损伤小、恢复快、疗效佳、费用低等优点,值得推广。

Objective To compare the curative effects of using indwelling catheter puncturing sclerosis and traditional puncturing sclerosis to treat renal cyst. Methods 94 in-patients in our sanatorium since 2004 were selected, 27 of which were given traditional puncturing sclerosis and the other 67 were given indwelling catheter puncturing sclerosis. Results Six out of the 27 patients with traditional punctur- ing sclerosis showed recurrence after six months, while three out of the 67 patients with indwelling catheter puncturing sclerosis showed re- currence after six months.The differences between the two groups were obvious.Conclusion Using indwelling catheter puncturing sclerosis to treat renal cyst can effectively draw out the left cyst fluid so that the cyst wall can be fully closed to decrease the recurrence rate, which bears the advantages of little harm, fast recovery, good effect and low cost, so it is worthy of being popularized.
