摘要
甲醇装置预精馏塔排放的不凝气大部分没有得到利用而是直接放空,存在安全隐患、污染环境的问题。在一个天然气甲醇厂中将该主要含二氧化碳的不凝气循环回天然气转化炉作为原料,提高所得合成气的氢碳比,讨论了该循环利用技术中涉及的一些问题。该不凝气的利用降低了二氧化碳排放,增加了甲醇产量。
The non-condensable gas from the predistillation column of methanol plants was seldom utilized, but discharged to air directly, that could cause safety and environmental problems. Recycling of this gas, which contained mainly carbon dioxide, to natural gas reformer to increase the hydrogen/carbon ratio of the syngas in a natural gas-based methanol plant was made, and some questions referring to the technique were discussed. Reuse of the exhaust gas could reduce carbon dioxide emission and increase methanol output.
