东北虎消化道恶性淋巴瘤的病理组织学研究

Histopathological Observation on Gastrointestinal Malignant Lymphomas of Siberian Tiger

应用常规石蜡切片,H.E染色,对临床诊断为消化道恶性淋巴瘤病的一例死亡东北虎的肺脏、肠道、心脏、脾脏、直肠肿物进行病理组织学观察。结果表明:解剖眼观病理变化为肺脏有出血、充血、多处纤维化病灶;肠壁黏膜变薄、出血;腹腔右侧直肠处有一肿块,切面灰白色。病理组织学变化直肠肿物为圆形细胞恶性肿瘤,肺泡水肿、充血及出血,部分区域有肿瘤细胞浸润。

The histopathological structure of lung,intestinal tract,cardiac,spleen,retum lump of a Siberian tiger died from gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma were observed by routine paraffin section and H.E.staining.The results showed that the macroscopically pathological changes of fibrosis focus existed in lung,with hyperemia and haemorrhage in red pulp,the layer of mucosa was thin and hyperemia.There was a marked swelling in the rectum with offwhite slice from right celiac ganglion.The histopathological structure of a marked swelling the rectum was observed to be round cell malignant tumors.Alveolar presented edema,hyperemia and haemorrhage with tumor cell infiltration.
