摘要
根据对轴承套圈材料的生产制造过程调查,并结合对出现问题的套圈试料进行金相和电子扫描电镜检测,确定夹杂物的化学成分,并据此分析夹杂物的真正来源,为解决问题提供理论支撑。
The manufacturing processes of bearing casing ring were investigated, the defected casing ring material was tested by metallography and electron scanning microscope to define chemical composition in the inclusion, the real source of inclusion was analyzed and theory support for settling the problem was provided.
