摘要
为了解决老三期工艺冶炼38CrMoAl存在的夹杂、偏析及成份不稳定的质量状况,通过对EBT+LFV工艺38CrMoAl的工艺研究,解决了成份偏析问题,改善了钢中杂质,控制了Al的收得率,提高了生产效率及产量,在产品质量与成本上都取得了成效。
In order to solve 38CrMoA1 existing question of the old three periods of process, smelting impurities, segregation and ingredients unstable quality status, the composition segregation was resolved , steel impurities were improved, the aluminum recovery rate was controlled, production improved was improved, based on the 38CrMoA1 EBT ＋ LFV process technology research with good improved of quality and cost.
