摘要
对八钢2500m^3A高炉炉前铁口维护技术中存在的主要问题进行摸索,对停沟制作时间、炉缸侵蚀进行分析。优化炉前日常的铁口维护技术,炉前的工作高效稳定,确保高炉的稳定、顺行、长寿。
For the BaSteel＇s 2500m3 BF the stokehole maintaining technology was explored, and erosion of blast furnace during stopping trench was analyzed. Daily stokehole maintenance technology optimized. Operation fn front of the BF is efficient and stable. Stability, running smoothly and longevity of blast furnace are ensured.
