摘要
以蔗糖为起始原料,经缩水、水解和缩合反应制得一种新型C12糖———2-[1R-(1,4∶3,6-二缩水果糖)]-异甘露醇(6),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS表征。以6为手性拆分剂,(R,S)-β-氨基醇[(R,S)-7]在甲醇中被拆分为(R)-7(收率40.5%,>99%ee)和(S)-7(收率40.1%,>99%ee)。
A novel C12 sugar,1R-(1,4 ∶ 3,6-dianhydrofructose)-isomannite(6),was
synthesized from sucrose by dehydration reaction,hydrolysis reaction
and condensation reaction.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C
NMR and HR-MS.Chiral resolution of β-amino alcohol[(R,S)-7] was
carried out using 6 as the resolution agent in methanol to give(R)-7
(40.5%,〉99%ee) and(S)-7(40.1%,〉99%ee).
