摘要
以联苯甲酰、对硝基苯甲醛和乙酸铵为原料,经缩合和还原反应制得2-(4-氨基苯基)-4,5-二苯基咪唑(2);2再与芳香醛缩合制得三个新型的2,4,5-三苯基咪唑Schiff碱衍生物(3a~3c),其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。初步抑菌活性测试结果表明,3a~3c对大肠杆菌,苏云金杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有较好的抑菌活性。
Three new Schiff bases containing 2,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazole ( 3a -3e) were synthesized by condensation reactions of aromatic aldehydes with 4,5-diphenyl-2- (4-aminophenyl) imidazole which was prepared by condensation and reduction reactions from benzil, 4-nitrobenzaldehyde and ammonium acetate. The structures were characterized byIH NMR, IR and MS. The results of preliminary antibacterial activities test indicated that 3a-3c exhibited good antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis.
