学校文化建设是一个从无到有、从有到优的过程,学校文化应具有草根性。农村学校的文化建设应突出其"本土化的色彩"、"本色化的个性"和"本真化的内容"。目前,我校初步构建的校本文化的大致框架包括学校办学的理念文化、德育的"孝道文化"、课堂教学的"让学文化"、保障服务的"精细文化"等方面。校本文化是学校精神和学校意志的集中体现,建设学校校本文化是提升学校自我发展力的路径之一。农村学校校本文化的建设必将有助于其学校特色的形成和学校品牌的创建。

Rural school culture construction should be characterized by the local color, feature, and authenticity. The general framework of my school-based culture construction includes school- running idea culture, filial culture in moral education, polite offer culture in classroom teaching, delicate culture in security service, etc. School - based culture embodies school spirit and perseverance, and construction of school-based culture is one of the approaches to boosting up school development.
