In the 11 th Party COngress Report of the CPC of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, we take socialist core value system construction as the primary task of ＂cultural strong district strategy＂ in ethnic area. It reflects spirit of sixth plenary session of the seventeenth session of the CPC, and also in line with ethnic area reality of cultural construction. Building socialist core value system is a long - term task. In order to carry it out, we must explore long- term mechanism.
