高原地区T淋巴细胞亚群中CD分子百分率和IL-2水平变化在COPD发病中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高原地区T淋巴细胞亚群中CD分子百分率和IL-2水平变化在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病中的意义。方法应用间接荧光免疫法及双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法,测定居住于2 500 m以上的COPD患者急性发作期、缓解期患者和健康对照者静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞百分率及IL-2水平。结果①急性期患者CD3+、CD4+百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值显著降低(P<0.05),CD8+、NK细胞百分率明显升高(P<0.05),IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.05);②缓解期患者CD3+、CD4+百分率降低(P<0.05),NK细胞百分率略升(P<0.05),IL-2水平降低(P<0.05),CD8+细胞百分率略升、CD4+/CD8+比值略降(差异无统计学意义);③急性期与缓解期相比,患者CD3+、CD4+百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值均有降低(P<0.05),CD8+、NK细胞百分率均升高(P<0.05),IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 T细胞亚群中的CD3+、CD4+百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值均降低时,IL-2水平降低提示COPD患者处于急性期和缓解期;CD8+、NK细胞百分率升高提示急性期。 Objective To explore the pathogensis and relationship with the course of the CD molecules of T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 level changes in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in the pathogenesis of changes and significance.Methods To apply both of the.indirect immunofluorescence and double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA methods for determination of the blood T lymphocytes subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK cell percentage and IL-2 levels in the patients living in the 2 500 meters among the three groups of COPD:acute exacerbation,remission and healthy controls.Results ①Patients with acute CD3+,CD4+percentage,CD4+/CD8+ratio was significantly lower(P〈0.05);CD8+and NK cell percentage were significantly higher(P〈0.05);IL-2 levels were significantly lower(P〈0.05).②The remission CD3+and CD4+percentage were decreased(P〈0.05);NK cell percentage was slightly increased(P〈0.05);IL-2 levels were decreased(P〈0.05);Slightly increased the percentage of CD8+cells;CD4+/CD8+ratio decreased slightly whith having no significant difference;③Acute and remission compared to patients with CD3+,CD4+percentage,CD4+/CD8+ratio were lower(P〈0.05),CD8+,NK cell percentages were higher(P〈0.05),IL-2 levels were significantly lower(P〈0.05).Conclusion The T cell subsets in CD3+,CD4+percentage,CD4+/CD8+ratio were lower,the IL-2 levels were lower in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute exacerbation and remission.The CD8+and NK cell percentage were increased in the acute phase.
