摘要 目的探讨血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、D-D二聚体(D-D)在早期判定过敏性紫癜(HSP)肾损害中的价值。方法对HSP患儿行FIB、FDP、D-D水平检测,并作相关对照分析。结果 HSP组FIB、FDP、D-D水平明显高于正常对照组,而紫癜性肾炎组(HSPN)较普通型紫癜组FIB、FDP、D-D水平更高,FIB、FDP、D-D水平越高者,易早期出现肾损害,预后亦越差。结论 HSP患儿存在凝血及纤溶系统异常,继发性纤溶异常参与肾损害。 Objective To investigate the value of detecting the plasma fibrinogen(FIB),fibrin degradation products(FDP),and DD dimer(D-D)early in the henoch-schonlein Purpura(HSP)caused renal damage.Methods FIB,FDP and D-D levels were detected in children with HSP,and comparative analysis was made.Results The FIB,FDP and D-D levels in HSP group was significantly higher than those in the normal control group.The FIB,FDP and D-D levels in Allergic Purpura Nephritis group was much more higher than those in the hench-schonlein nephritis group.The higher levels of FIB,FDP and D-D,the easier to cause kidney damage,and the progonsis was worse as well.Conclusion The HSP presents abnormalities of coagulation and fibrinolysis system and the secondary fibrinolysis abnormalities often cause kidney damage.
