As a comprehensive subject with multi-standard and multi-level, project management has been widely applied in practice. Scientific connotations and wide use have made it feasible and necessary for us to connect project management with the management of college students＇ organizations. When conducting the management work, we should analyze the confusions on innovation and development, and explore the substantial integration between project management and the management of college students＇ organizations, which has been a practical choice as well as a new trend for college students＇ organizations＇ innovative development.
