我国推进志愿精神培育工作的思路与举措

Thoughts and Measures for Cultivating Voluntary Spirit in China

目前,志愿精神以其自愿性、奉献性和公益性等特质,在推动人类社会的发展和道德的进步中起着重要作用,研究志愿精神培育的思路与举措越来越受到公众的关注。推进志愿精神培育工作必须遵循自愿性原则、普及化原则、结合实践原则和创新原则。应充分利用家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育等途径,营造浓厚的志愿文化氛围,完善相应的法律法规,支持民间志愿组织的发展,加大政府的支持力度,建立有效的志愿工作激励机制。

Nowadays, with its features of voluntariness, devotion, and public benefit, and so on, voluntary spirit plays an important role in promoting social development and moral progress. The research on the thoughts and measures for cultivating voluntary spirit is now more and more noticed by public. To promote cultivation of voluntary spirit, we must follow the following principles, including voluntariness, popularization, theory combined with practice, and innovation. We should make full use of family education, school education, social education, and so on, to build a strong atmosphere for voluntary culture. Further more, we should perfect relative law and regulations, support the development of folk volunteers＇ organizations, and enhance the government＇s support, so as to establish an effective mechanism for voluntary work.
