摘要
目的:观察钛及钛合金与SOLIDEX冠桥树脂的粘结性能,并与Co-Cr、Ni-Cr合金进行了比较。方法:制作TA2、Ti-6Al-4V、Ti-75、Ti-Zr和Co-Cr、Ni-Cr合金试件48个,每组试件8个,Co-Cr、Ni-Cr作为对照组。各组试件经SiC水砂纸磨光,Al2O3喷砂后涂金属底胶,分别与SOLIDEX光固化冠桥树脂粘结,然后在材料试验机上测定其剪切粘结强度。结果:四种钛及钛合金与SOLIDEX的粘结强度均高于Co-Cr、Ni-Cr合金(P<0.01),其中Ti-Zr最高,Ti-6Al-4V最低,TA2组与三种钛合金组无差别(P>0.05),Ti-6Al-4V组与Ti-75、Ti-Zr组差别有显著性(P<0.05),Ti-75组与Ti-Zr组无差别(P>0.05)。结论:四种钛及钛合金与SOLIDEX均有优良的的粘结强度。
Objective: To measure the shear bond strengths of titanium or its alloys with a light cured hard crown and bridge composite.Methods:Forty eight standard specimens, cast with titanium or its alloys and two dental base metals, respectively. The specimens were grouped equally into eight, in which the two dental base metals, Co Cr and Ni Cr alloy, were used as controls. Each specimen was sandblasted with alumina and bonded with Solidex light cured hard crown and bridge composite. Shear bond strengths were measured using a material test machine.Results:The shear bond strengths of titanium or its alloys to Solidex were higher than those of Co Cr、Ni Cr alloy to Solidex ( P <0.01). Among the groups of titanium or its alloys, titanium was bonded to resin as effectively as its three alloys did, while the Ti 75 and Ti Zr showed higher bond strength than Ti 6Al 4V ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Strong bond can be achieved between Solidex composite and titanium or its alloys.
