2011年资阳市乡镇卫生院医用诊断X线机防护现状调查

Radiation Protection of Medical Diagnosis X-ray of Township Hospitals in Ziyang,2011

目的掌握现阶段全市乡镇卫生院医用诊断X射线机放射卫生防护状况,为合理使用医用诊断X射线机,保障放射工作人员和公众健康提供科学依据。方法调查全市109家乡镇卫生院121台X射线机房,采用FJ-347A型Xγ剂量仪和FD-3013B型Xγ辐射仪对放射工作场所和周围环境进行剂量率检测,依据GBZ130-2002和GB18871-2002进行检测和评价。结果乡镇卫生院主要以200 mA医用诊断X射线机为主(66%),机房面积合格率仅为61%,控制室门和放射科门的泄漏辐射超标率为14.8%和20.6%。结论基层卫生院机房的防护设施存在较多问题,放射防护意识欠缺,放射工作人员流动频繁,应加强机房建设前的职业病危害因素预评价审批、控制。

Objective To comprehend the protection status of radioactive medical in township hospitals, so as to provide scientific basis to ensure the health of both staff and public health. Methods A total of 121 medical diagnostic X-ray rooms in 109 township hospitals were surveyed and tested with FJ -347A X -7 dosimeter and FD -3013B X -γ radiometers, focusing on the workplaces and surrounding environment dose, based on standards of GBZ130 -2002 and GBZ18871 -2002. Results The township hospitals medi- cal diagnosis consisted mainly of X-ray machine 200 mA （66%）, and the machine room area qualified rate was 61%. 14. 8% and 20. Leakage radiation of control room door and radiology door exceeded the standard by 6% respectively. Conclusion The town hospital radiological protection facilities are to be improved, such as lack of awareness of radiation protection, and frequently flow of the radiotherapist. Re-evaluation of occupational hazards before X-ray room construction should be intensified.
