满语同义连用现象十分普遍,它要求两个或两个以上的词在词性统一、语义相同或相近的前提下并列使用,以达到强调词义、协调语句、限定语义的作用。满汉合璧的清代民族志《皇清职贡图》具有大量的满语同义连用实例,反映了满语同义连用的同词性特点和类型,有助于我们进一步体会满语的表达习惯。

Substantival synonym combination in Manchu is a common linguistic phenomenon. It requires more than two similar words using side by side in order to emphasize lexical meaning, define meaning, and co- ordinate sentences. The Manchu - Chinese ethnography ＂Royal Tribute Picture of Qing Dynasty＂ from Qing dynasty, has many examples of substantival synonym combination. It＇ s helpful for understand idiomatic ex- pression of Manchu to analyze types of substantival synonym combination.
