试述清季以来依兰地区行政区划变革

Reference on Reformation of Administrative Division of Yilan Area from Qing Dynasty

今黑龙江省依兰地区,旧称三姓,自古以来就是东北地区边防重镇、少数民族聚集区。清末以来,东北地区一直处于变革时期,依兰地区行政区划几经变更,其隶属关系、所辖区域及下辖乡镇不断发生变化。由于依兰地理位置的重要性,少数民族聚居的特殊性,其地名也多与少数民族语言及独特的民族历史文化有关。对依兰地区行政区划变革及地名来源进行研究,可帮助我们更好的认识东北地区少数民族历史文化。

Being the border town and areas inhabited by ethnic minorities, Yilan （ old name Sanxing） in Heilongjiang province locates at the three river plain which is junction of Mudanjiang River and Songhua Riv- er. Administrative division of Yilan belongs to Heilongjiang and Jilin province all along no matter how its villa- ges and towns changed from the end of Qing Dynasty. Origination of palce name Yilan is related to unique lan- guage and culture of minorities in the Northeast. Research on reformation of Yilan＇ s administrative division could make us have a better understanding of unique language and culture of minorities in the Northeast.
